Q1: How do you pronounce your business name and what does it mean? |
| A: Emplayce, which is pronounced (em-place), is a unique spelling of the words "in place." Emplayce simply that you have everything in order. |

Q2: Can you tell me more about the consultation? |
| A: There's no charge for a consultation. Our firm will give you a call to get to know you and to understand your needs. After our phone assessment we'll schedule a time to come out for a free consultation. A consultation generally lasts for 30 minutes. During the consultation we try to get to know you even better and give you an estimate of how long it may take to complete the job. |

Q3: What should I expect when you come over to organize? |
| A: There’s no need to worry. During a session (which usually lasts about 3-4 hours) you will have full control over what stays, what goes and what will be donated. We are simply there to assess your situation, motivate you, make timely suggestions and to keep you on track to achieving your goals. We work together as a team. |

Q4: How much do you charge? |
| A: We do not price by the job, we charge by the hour. Our rate is $45/ hour for all organizing services. Please contact us to receive a quote for public speaking engagements and trainings. |

Q5: Do you have references? |
| A: Yes. We pride ourselves on providing great service. Please contact us for a list of references. |

Q6: Is there a trip charge? |
| A: It depends. If a round trip to your location exceeds 80 miles but still falls within our service area, there will be a trip charge for each visit. Our trip charge is currently $25. |

Q7: What areas do you serve? |
| A: Emplayce serves Central Florida (Orlando Metropolitan Area). To find professionals in other locations, please visit our Professional Organizing Network. |

Q8: What form of payments do you accept? |
| A: Our firm accepts all major forms of credit cards, personal checks and money orders. Payment can be made at the end of each session or we can send you an invoice, which ever you prefer. Payment is due within 15 days once you receive an invoice. |

Q9: Do you come with a team of people? |
| A: We can come with a team of other organizers if necessary. Generally organizing is done one on one. However, a team can be formed if your situation warrants it. |

Q10: Do you take before and after pictures? |
| A: Yes. Before we start each session, you have the option of taking before and after pictures. These pictures are to help you see your accomplishments after the end of each session. They are not intended to embarrass you or make you look bad. We will NEVER use photos of your clutter on our website or in our portfolio without your permission. And if we have your permission, we guarantee that your personal information will be kept confidential. |
