About the owner...
Emplayce, LLC was founded and is managed by Alberta Okoro, a professional organizer located in Orlando, FL. Alberta is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Emplayce, LLC abides by all the NAPO and NSGCD code of ethics and the BBB standards.
Alberta Okoro received her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences: Community Health Education from Brigham Young University. She moved to Orlando, FL in August 2000 and started a career in customer service. Alberta is experienced as a program manager and educator of health, wellness and safety classes in the community through her work with the Orange County/University of Florida Cooperative Extension Program. She also has over 10 years of experience providing excellent customer service and thoroughly enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Alberta believes in creating long-term relationships and treating people the way she would like to be treated. As a mother of two active toddlers, Alberta knows first hand all the challenges of clutter and staying organized. With the help of a loving husband by her side, Alberta is able to work on her dream of helping families and businesses to be better organized.
How it all began...
When Alberta was hired to work as a Coordinator for Orange County-Youth and Families Services Division, her co-worker and friend, James Hart loved the way she reorganized their office and the easiness of her new filing system. He loved her organizational skills so much that he offered to pay for her services to organize the files at his home. It was then that Alberta realized the possibilities of starting a business using the skills that she naturally processed. James Hart later passed away in 2006 due to health complications of the heart. May his soul rest in peace...
